In March 2023 the new state-of-the-art Onion and Garlic dehydration factory in Mahuva, India will be fully operational. The new factory will be able to process 4,000 tonnes of ingredients in a near fully sustainable way. Instead of the conventionally used coal-fired boiler, the facility will use electricity in an innovative way, which reduces the carbon footprint of the factory drastically. The factory will also have virtually zero water discharge.
