Nedspice EMEA BV announces leadership appointments
I am pleased to announce a change in the leadership team at Nedspice EMEA BV, effective 1 February 2026.
Jorien van Gulick will be appointed Managing Director of Nedspice EMEA BV. Jorien built her career in Sales and Marketing with the Dutch telecommunications provider KPN over a twelve-year period. Since joining Nedspice in February 2025, she has focused on sustainability and marketing initiatives. Her customer-centric mindset and collaborative leadership style will further support our continued growth.
Effective the same date, Jelke Herweijer and Ruan Maritz will be promoted to Sales Directors of the company.
Jelke joined Nedspice in 2018 as a Sales Executive and, over the years, has gained extensive experience with Nedspice’s supply and sales model, working with major European and global customer accounts.
Ruan Maritz joined Nedspice EMEA in 2023, having previously served as a Procurement Manager at Cape Herb and Spice in South Africa. He has played a key role in improving planning processes and expanding the customer base in both South Africa and Europe.
We would like to sincerely thank Willem van Walt Meijer for his commitment and leadership during his time as Interim Managing Director. We are grateful for his contributions and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
